Day 1
Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Your safari begins with an early departure from Nairobi, driving west through the Great Rift Valley with a scenic viewpoint stop along the escarpment.
The journey continues via Narok town into Maasai territory, arriving at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch and check-in.
In the afternoon, you head into the reserve for your first game drive.
The golden late-afternoon light often reveals elephants grazing, giraffes browsing acacia trees, and predators becoming active.
You return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight stay.

Full Day Game Drive – Masai Mara
After breakfast, you depart with picnic lunches for a full-day safari inside the reserve.
Your guide navigates across open plains, riverbanks, and wildlife corridors where lions, elephants, buffalo, hyenas, and potentially leopards may be spotted.
Lunch is enjoyed at a designated picnic site inside the reserve, maximizing wildlife viewing time.
The afternoon continues with extended game tracking before returning to the lodge in the early evening for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast at the lodge, you check out and begin your return journey to Nairobi.

You arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where your safari concludes with drop-off at your hotel or airport, completing your short but fulfilling Kenya safari tour.
