Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Your Kenya safari adventure begins early in Nairobi as you depart in a comfortable Safari Landcruiser or Tour Minivan. The journey takes you through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with scenic viewpoints where we pause briefly for photos and stretching.
You will arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After a short rest, your first afternoon game drive begins — an exciting introduction to Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve. Expect sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly lions as the golden light settles over the savannah.

Full Day Big 5 Safari in Maasai Mara
This day is dedicated to exploring the vast Maasai Mara ecosystem. After an early breakfast, you’ll head out for a full-day game drive with packed lunch, maximizing your chances of seeing the Big 5 in their natural habitat.
The Mara delivers unmatched wildlife drama. From lion prides resting under acacia trees to elephants crossing open plains and, if lucky, a leopard hidden in the riverine forest. Between July and October, the Great Migration adds even more intensity as wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River.

Maasai Mara to Nairobi – SGR Train to Diani Beach
After breakfast, you depart the Maasai Mara and begin your scenic return journey to Nairobi by road, passing through rural landscapes and the Great Rift Valley once again.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you are transferred to the SGR train station for your journey to the coast. The train ride offers a comfortable and scenic transition from savannah to coastline. At Mombasa Terminus, a private taxi transfers you directly to your Diani Beach resort.
You arrive in time to unwind and enjoy the coastal sunset after your safari adventure.
