Welcome to SK Adventures. By accessing, browsing, or booking through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”refers to Savanna Knights Adventures Limited (SK Adventures).
• “You,” “your,” “client,” “traveler”refers to the person accessing our website, making bookings, or using our services.
• “Services”refers to safari tours, transfers, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and related travel arrangements offered by SK Adventures.

2. Use of Website

• The content of this website is for general information and booking purposes only.
• We reserve the right to change, update, or remove content without prior notice.
• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of 30%of the total cost is required to secure a booking.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the safari or service is offered.
• Payments can be made only to the company accounts via bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa), credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

4. Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)unless otherwise stated.
• Prices typically include accommodation, park entry fees, game drives, meals (where specified), and transport as outlined in the itinerary.
• Prices exclude visas, international flights, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, and any services not explicitly mentioned.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).
• Cancellation charges apply as follows:
  • More than 60 days before departure:Full refund less administrative fee.
  • 30–59 days before departure:50% of total cost forfeited.
  • Less than 30 days before departure or no-show:100% of total cost forfeited.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 daysof cancellation approval.
• Where reservations have already been paid to hotels, lodges, airlines, or other third-party suppliers, refunds (if any) will depend entirely on the respective supplier’s refund policy.
• No refunds are given for partially used services.

6. Changes and Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, park regulations, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be promptly informed, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of a similar standard.
• Clients may request changes, subject to availability and additional costs.

7. Travel Documents and Insurance

• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and loss of belongings.

8. Liability

• SK Adventures acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. While we take utmost care in selecting partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third parties.
• Participation in safaris and tours involves inherent risks. Clients undertake all activities at their own risk.
• The Company shall not be liable for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

9. Health, Safety and Child Policy

• Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation in the safari.
• Our trips are suitable for children aged 1 year and above. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a client’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves, other travelers, wildlife, or staff.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content including text, logos, images, and materials is the property of SK Adventures or licensed for use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
• Personal information provided during bookings will only be used to process services and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
